Dustin is awesome!! He has come out to check on our AC units on the same day we’ve called him. This past week, he had to give us the bad news that our downstairs AC unit was officially done for, but it was chugging along just enough to get by with an OD of Freon until he could install our new unit.
First thing Monday morning, he and Mike were at our home to complete the installation. They were both so nice, courteous, and they even allowed our overprotective dogs to sniff them so they would feel comfortable with strangers in the house. They received the human and pet seals of approval!

AC went out late at night; called Dustin and he showed up quickly after hours to get unit back up. Very professional and responsive. There is no answering service either as the number goes straight to him. Will definitely continue to use him!
