I come here a lot with my ClassPass membership and I really love it! The classes are small and the workouts are so good. J is usually the coach I work with and he is great. He demonstrates the workouts thoroughly and pays attention during class so he can make corrections and adjustments. I almost don't want to do a review because I don't want more people taking up the spots but this gym really deserves it lol

I felt welcomed the first day I walked in. The staff is experienced and they offer a variety of workouts. The classes are small and the gym is clean. After a month here, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym. It has made me enjoy working out again and I’m forever grateful.

The coaches here are super passionate and motivating! They create challenging classes that's different every time so you'll never get bored. I always feel super comfortable and always have fun workout!
