Enjoyed the 75-minute infrared panel-heated vinyasa yoga class which featured breathwork and pauses for self adjustment. This is hot power yoga for fitness and it delivers on that promise. Fully ammenetized yoga studio with locker rooms including showers and towel rentals. I practice weekly here. Community and space shared, the instructors are knowledgeable, kind and supportive.Yes yoga has roughly 5 classes throughout the day depending. This studio offers hot yoga, and is expanding soon! Having two studios at their one location. Facilities are kept up by staff, Towels and mats are available for purchase/rent along with an assortment of yogi supplies. Complimentary hand towels available in class and bathrooms.Showers are steel drum and just a couple amenities this studio offers.Super chill vibes not pretentious
