About Who Dat Nail Spa II
Who Dat Nail Spa II offers a really good experience with really good customer service. Customers love the place and see themselves coming back. They are great with nails, and clients have never had a problem with nails lifting or popping off. The staff knows exactly what they are doing, and clients love their nails. They also take time to get ingrown nails out. Customers feel like family walking through the door. While they don't offer dip powder, they will still make sure clients leave satisfied. They are perfect with pink and whites and shape nails so cute, receiving nothing but compliments.
I moved here 3 months ago and had a nightmare experience with a different nail salon so I’ve been scared to go to any other nail salons in the city. I also had an issue with the nail spa about a block from here. Nothing too crazy there. They just didn’t have good customer service and I knew to just leave. Thank God this place wasn’t too far away. It was right down the street. I really enjoyed this place and definitely see myself coming back. The customer service was really good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t do dip powder so I ended up having to get an acrylic overlay instead. Also filed my nails a little shorter than I wanted...read full review
Kim is great!!!! Never had a problem with nails lifting or popping off. I will go nowhere else. Oh and take time and get the ingrown nails out. I love this place.. it's like family walking threw the door..
I am new to the New Orleans area. I previously went to a nail salon located around the corner from Lash Lounge (I don’t recommend them for lashes). I hated my nails & needed them redone & definitely would not go back to the place I had them done at. I happened to be in the neighborhood & found “Who Dat Nails l.” Im glad I stopped in. Ms Kim did my pink& whites perfectly. She shaped them so cute& I get nothing but compliments.
