We had an exam with Dr. Hodgson. The staff was wonderful and it didn’t smell like a vet. We took in a kitten from outdoors and I just needed a quick head to tail before I let him roam our home. We have a visit with our vet next week. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. The doctor didn’t try and make me feel bad or treat us differently about leaving without purchasing something from them. Sometime places can rush a visit because of this. Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the Vetco team, especially Crystal. She was an absolute gem—super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. My recent visit was made so much better thanks to her. Vetco, you guys are awesome!

I loved my experience here! Kinsley was outstanding with my pet and calmed both of our nerves! She was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the situation to me. Dr Kelsey was quick and informative. I felt my concerns were heard and solved, and my cat is now back to being his purring cuddly self.
