THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! My roommate and I are staying here as part of our internship, and Tulane has given us the run around with accessing the internet. We have now been 2 WEEKS without wifi, and everyone is acting as if we are the problem for asking for a basic necessity that has been paid for by our program. We've had to go off campus multiple times to get wifi to conduct research and write. I am beyond annoyed! I hope our program never partners with Tulane again because this place is a joke. Not to mention, we have gotten the run around for parking too the first week we arrived.

They are the absolute worst. Good luck getting treated any time within 2 weeks of your illness. By the time there’s availability you will either be completely fine or getting even worse. Absolutely incompetent and a waste of my money considering i’m paying for their healthcare.

Sad to think we pay tuition for students to have to Uber elsewhere for healthcare. Wanted to be tested for strep and the earliest they had was two weeks on zoom, you can’t test for strep on zoom!! Come on
