This was by far one of the worst hair salon experiences I’ve ever had. I booked with tamed by Tay for a closure wig and custom color. I was scheduled for 5 I arrived about 10 minutes early only for her to call and say well can you come at 6 I ran behind with another client. Since I was already there I just waited nobody greeted me when I walked in not even the stylist who was running behind. I had asked prior about blow drying my hair she never replied. I arrive and she asks if I’m getting it installed today well duh if I asked did I need to blow dry my hair. Asked for the balance before arriving to insure I had enough cash she never replied. I had an appointment. When I walked in everyone In the building was just looking at me for 10 minutes straight. No greeting No nothing no how are you how can I help you. Nothing. As if I walked in the wrong place.After waiting 10 minutes to be spoken to all she said was sit down I sat there waited almost a hour with no one in the chair...finally got my hair done it was cute and nice.very rude and ghetto

One of the stylists did terrible on professionalism. The day of my prom she was to re do my hair. After being there for almost 2 hours she told me she could not do it due to another client coming. She had terrible communication and was ghetto.
