Very clean. Everything was in good working order. I enjoyed my body treatment then the sauna, steam room, pool and whirlpool. Ate at the cafe and it was delicious. Will definitely be going back soon. The snacks and champagne were delicious as well.

perfect location in this great city for a sales meeting! so close to bourbon street and all the downtown action, the ambience of a top-notch hotel in a top-notch southern venue, friendly, comfy, elegant and luxurious...and the food? OMG the best ever. make a beeline to the ritz and be treated like a king(or queen!) thank you to all, we'll be back!
