Dr. Sherman is excellent and very thorough. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain procedures and does excellent work. Dr. Sherman is a perfectionist and a skilled artist with cosmetic treatments. Patients highly recommend him after years of service. However, the front staff's customer service skills can be improved. Overall, Dr. Sherman provides a great experience, making patients feel relieved and satisfied with his care.
Dr. Sherman cleared the acne I've been struggling with for ten years in six months. Ten years I've been seeing a derm PA in another state, and my skin was still clogged and broken out. I finally switched and my skin is the clearest its been since I hit puberty. I did not believe that skin like this was possible for me. I could not be more thankful. Appointments rarely take more than 10 minutes, and he is always on time. I expected there to be some trial and error but honestly he looked at my skin for about thirty seconds flat and immediately knew what was wrong, and the first round of prescriptions he wrote worked perfectly.
