The woman at the front desk that checks you in and does vitals is very rude and doesn’t care for the patient. This facility should undergo effective proper training on how to deal with patients in a professional manner. If you’re going to work in healthcare, then you need to have empathy and interpersonal skills. I would've gave this experience 0 stars if possible.
