Premium Experience!! I never write reviews however, If you’re in New Orleans, do yourself a favor and go to Nail Bar NOLA. I don’t usually get manicures or pedicures (maybe 4 times a year), but this place changed that. Tran and Maryanne both did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. I had a small issue and the owner, Jewel, handled it immediately, no questions asked. Clean, great energy, good conversation, and they even offered a cocktail. I accompanied my wife for her annual work conference and booked from my Uber on the way from the airport to the hotel, and they had me in within an hour. Top-tier experience all the way around. I Highly Recommend!!!

Updated review after call from owner: Had some issues with service and checkout so I posted a so-so review. The owner called me, applogized, and asked me to give them another try, on her. You rarely find this level of accountability and desire to make things right from a business. That in itself warrants recognition.

My boyfriend and I were in town for his birthday and after lots of research landed on this place and we were not disappointed. Everything from calling to book the appointment a couple days before, to arrival, and service…everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Jewel. We both got spa pedicures and both of our technicians did an amazing job. They really took their time with everything and not once did we feel rushed. Even the quality was better than our own salon at home. They even “pinned” my boyfriend for his birthday lol I wished we lived closer so we could come back again! But the next time I’m in town I will definitely be back.
