I recently attended a family member's funeral at Murray Henderson Funeral Home. The service was nice, but I was very disappointed in the look of the funeral home. I cannot speak to the services provided directly to the family during the planning, however, the funeral home decor needs an update/makeover. The appearance of the funeral home is stuck in the 1970s/1980s - from the curtains to the seating/chairs to the restrooms. It does not appear to be any updates since the funeral home opened! The sound system was horrible. It made squeaking sounds as those on the program spoke and/or sang. There were no tissue boxes available for mourners. If I can give a zero that is what I would give.. HORRIBLE SERVICE..NO EMPATHY FOR THE FAMILY.. The DISGRACEFUL pastor whom I will spare not name which I should say... But anyways was TOTALLY HEART LESS when my family was viewing we were told to HURRY UP..CRY AND MOVE ON...COME ON CRY AND MOVE ON...Ive NEVER experienced ANYTHING LIKE THAT EVER!! PLEASE DONT USE THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED....THE ENTIRE SERVICE WAS RUSHED AND GHETTO...

The worst funeral home ever , pastor was very rude ! He told the family to CRY AND MOVE ON while they were viewing their loved one’s body . He also stated hurry up he have another service to do after this one. Seating was tight . FUNERAL HOME NEEDS TO BE UPDATED
