Mood Salon is a breath of fresh air!Katie & Elyssa have completely transformed my hair and my self image as a result.One thing that I deeply appreciate about Katie is that she is willing to communicate honestly about hair!In the past people have told me what I wanted to hear about what we can accomplish with my hair, and I left with something completely different.Katie has the best communication, making sure we are on the same page and always giving me realistic expectations.My hair is bleached platinum blonde and it’s never been healthier in my life.I am so thankful I found this salon.

Not only did Katie do a fantastic job on my cut, she worked this magic on a botched cut that one other place had already tried to fix and didn’t. Katie didn’t just make it “okay,” she turned lemons into lemonade, and I left looking like I had the style I’d always intended!All this, and might I add, she and her krewe were the absolute loveliest folks. I showed up on the verge of desperate, without an appointment, after having called several other places and being turned away. (Mood doesn’t have a phone line or I would have called them, too!)
