I am so grateful to the staff at this Meineke. Everyone I have worked with has been so informative, friendly, and honest. The staff even talked me through financing and no question was too stupid lol. They were really patient with me, and I feel so good being in their hands. They are my Auto shop now for good. The automated online account helps me remember the results of each inspection, and their recommendations. For each service I have gotten, they have explained in regular language what the part of the car does and how it contributes to the overall function of the vehicle.
Also they never have a long wait time, even for Saturday appts.
I phoned Greg last week before closing and he provided me with assistance & scheduled an appointment for me to drop my car off. There are no words to describe the level of customer service & reassurance that was given by Greg. Greg & his colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly.
