This was my second visit at this location. Just as the first visit, I felt incredibly comfortable with this team and that I can trust them not to take advantage of me, and properly service my car. The only reason I'm giving this visit a 4 stars is the employee that serviced my vehicle gave the worst customer service experience I have ever had to be subjected to in a business. However, John reached out immediately after to apologize for the encounter, and he told me that the other two employees who witnessed everything fully supported me.
John & Buddy are lifesavers! Professional, reliable, and dependable. I highly recommend these guys. The location is convenient and clean. The environment is really positive. Care repair is hard enough, they really help to soften the blow.
Great repair shop. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I went in swearing that my brakes gave out and I would need a whole new braking system. I don’t know when to stop talking. They told me to relax and wait to hear from them. Soon I heard it was just a broken brake line. My brakes were fine and the brake line was repaired. Far, far less than I anticipated.
