Great Service Team! Efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Sadey is the best! All workers were very professional and helpful! Everything service-related was explained in detail! Great experience!
Five stars. In this day and age to find a shop run by someone like Sadie is really rare. She and her team go way above and beyond to take care of the customer. Constantly checking in and updating. Spending long amounts of time wrestling with the warranty company, and finding reasonable solutions for what could be very expensive problems. And never once wavering in kindness and real concern.
The team here is wonderful! They are quick to help and do not pressure you to pay for services that are not necessary. They take the time to explain what is going on and what the process and timeline will look like and make you feel like a priority. The store manager here is magnificent at her job!
