This was my very first purchase and I can honestly say that it was. A great experience. I received an email a few hrs after purchasing stating my tracking number. The owner was so sweet when I reached out to her directly on social media concerning an item. She was very polite and professional. Just that alone left me speechless because many online boutiques are not very forthcoming or pleasant when you reach out to then regarding a purchase.
