It was great experience. The locksmith returned phone call in a timely fashion, the quote was cheaper than others, he came at the exact appointment time, he was very friendly, and the work was efficient.
Terry from trulox was super nice and knowledgeable. We had a deadbolt Baldwin lock with issues and he found the problem and fixed it easily b/c of his working knowledge of lock parts. Recommend!
By chance I got a very patient young man, Terry. He called ahead to let me know his eta. When he arrived, he introduced himself. He took a look at my lock and knew right away what the problem was.
