LCMC Health Urgent Care - Uptown

AMAZING experience!!! I went in around five pm on a Friday (the day after Halloween!) and was in and out so quickly! They saw me immediately and everyone was so friendly. I had a very painful toe injury and was really freaking out about it and everyone helped put my mind at ease and make me comfortable. This has become my new urgent care for the future!! Such a warm and compassionate staff and environment. Huge thanks to everybody there!

Was seen really fast. The doctor was so kind. I went in there for a pinched nerve. And two prescriptions and a steroid shot later, I had the best sleep since this happened. Everyone was super nice and amazed by how fast it went!

I went to this facility after a bad experience at another local urgent care. The contrast was striking! This urgent care is clean, accessible, with convenient parking and a kind and welcoming front desk staff. I had less than a five minute wait, and when I saw the medical assistant and the doctor they were both caring and professional. They listened to my concerns and were able to provide me with an on-site test that was not available at several other local urgent care offices. I left feeling supported and would definitely return in the future.
