I purchased the Lavelier Coral Luminous Wrinkle-Reducing Treatment at the River Walk in New Orleans. Once I opened and first started to use the product it came out a bit dry and “pilled” up on my skin rather than absorbing. I was concerned after looking online on how to reach the company and saw negative reviews that I had been misled. I still reached out To the vendor directly. The young lady was immediately responsive and escalate my concerns to her manager. They immediately offered me options as to my preference.
