I moved to Harahan 3 years ago and right away the shop owner Yen and her staff have been friendly and so so very kind to me living in a New place far away from home never is easy. Her kindness and knowledge of this wonderful place called home and her work is beautiful and prices are extremely fair. I am a regular customer now
They do nails nicely. The problem I run into with this nail salon is that they tell you to come back at a certain time and they will hold that appointment for you but when you get there, you still have to wait because they will service a walk-in at your appointment time and then you're sitting there waiting and waiting. An appointment is an appointment and should be honored. I found another nail salon because of the aforementioned problem. My time is important too.
I want to say that I came to this shop today as I am an out of towner and here on a mini vacation and I am very happy with my nails . I am very picky & only use 1 shop/1 person to do my nails normally so I was Alittle scared at 1st but reviews were better than most in the area so I gave it a try. VERY HAPPY! She took her time with my nails even though they were a simple set , She was a sweet lady and I’m happy which made me come to leave a review THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL COMFORTABLE & LEAVING HAPPY. 2 other customers were there and we chatted and I felt comfortable DEFINITELY WILL RETURN WHEN IM BACK IN TOWN ?Service: Acrylic nails
