Would give 6 stars if I could! Jackie is the best! I could really tell she was passionate about getting me the care I needed. She was very responsive when I reached out to Hidden Root Acupuncture to learn more, and she was accommodating of my schedule. I especially appreciated her being very gentle and informative during the session. The ambiance was also incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend Jackie and Hidden Root Acupuncture.
Heidi listened to me. I was in New Orleans for a conference for 3 days. I was not able to attend the first 2 days due to constant neck pain. She discovered the source in my shoulder blade and did dry needling. I told her my doctor had to resort to this before because I get so tense. She hit the spot and I could feel my my muscle pulse and relax. She was fantastic. She knows what she is doing and I never felt the acupuncture needles hurt or most time put in. I felt heavy when I went in and light when I left. I know I have to do 3 more sessions to keep the muscles from going back. She gave me 12 hours of no pain and the rest of my trip the pain was not as bad as before… read full review
Sarah at Hidden Root has helped my hip and nerve pain tremendously. After a few sessions of dry needling, my symptoms have completely disappeared and I feel much better knowing that if I ever have another injury Sarah would know what to do and how to help. So happy to have worked with her!
