Hands on Health PT is amazing! In addition to having had three babies, I have a chronic back injury that I thought would never improve. Working with Kelly I have regained my strength and functioning and I am able to do things, like jogging, that I thought I could never do again! Kelly has such an amazing ability to understand the whole picture of what is happening in your body as well as how our mental wellness can affect healing. I have also worked with Christina, who is also outstanding. You will definitely be in good hands with Hands on Health!
