A mixed review. I could not find a phone number for your Distributors Row Grainger location so I called your South Galvez location for assistance. The woman that answered the phone could not answer any of my questions and had to repeatedly put me on hold for extended periods of time. She eventually told me she was going to transfer me to your 'Technical Support' group, which I believe is a contract group. The tech support guy with whom I spoke was outstanding. He was exceedingly knowledgeable, fast on the uptake/intelligent, articulate, and helpful. I believe his name was 'JR'. He was insightful & proactive in helping me and proffering helpful suggestions. I thought Grainger supplied only Oil Industry related companies. But after hearing their ad on WWL Radio I tried them out for my home's Central AC Parts and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that not only did they have the parts available, they tested my parts for free to insure it's what I needed, the price was literally half the cost, or more, than other places.
