I drive by once every month or two, and did not know what is truly was until I needed a microwave bulb. I could have bought some online ($3.50) or the store ($6.50) but Google said they have some.
I drove by and picked up some for $1.79/each or whatever. Their pricing is lower and higher depending upon the product. I also picked up some toilet seat screws. But as a novice, it’s like a professional version of HomeDepot/Lowes.
I had a great experience. You can walk around a little (some electric tools, power tools, gloves), but most of the product is behind the counter. It’s kind of like Carruth lumber or Southern Plumbing store.
John was extremely helpful, demonstrating clear and precise communication that allowed us to efficiently achieve our goal. His extensive knowledge made the process seamless and straightforward.

These guys went above and beyond helping my father understand the pieces that he needed to fix my refrigerator and recommended where to find it outside Grainger since they didn't have it.
