The doctor was very nice and gentle. He was extremely polite and informative. The front desk and nursing staff were polite and quick. Wait times were short and check in was easy. The doctor is knowledgeable, intelligent and excellent. He is interested in progress to healing and making sure the journey was understood. He would recommend him to everyone. He is very awesome doctor.
I would HIGHLY recommend!
My son is a catcher and fractured his thumb (glove hand) My son is as scared going in to visit. He thought he wouldn’t be able to finish the season l, but everyone was so welcoming. When Dr. Bankert talk to my son he was very clear and understanding.
My son followed Dr. Bankert directions & my son is now headed to his baseball World Series!
Dr Bankert was so kind and took our concerns seriously, while also reassuring us. I highly recommend him and the clinic as whole. We did not feel rushed, but the appointments always ran on time.
He was very Caring and Gentle. My daughter fractured her wrist. We talked about the what was best for her and the options. He allowed me to voice my opinion and went with the option I thought was best for me
