I first called and spoke with Nicole. She was extremely helpful and listened with care as I was inquiring about a rug repair. Today I brought my rug in and was so grateful to Frank and Mike for getting it out of my car, it weighs as much as I do and they were very nice and smiling as they brought it in to be assessed. The rug is about 100 years old and has been a part of our family which includes grandkids and dogs. Frank and Maxine talked about each of the problem areas and explained how the rug can be repaired. Cannot thank Enrique's enough for their friendly, professional work! We had two old, filthy, moth-eaten carpets we hoped could be salvaged, but realistically, we were skeptical.
