Extraordinary! Above and beyond what I had expected when I walked into this office in Costco asking for an Optometrist. He performed exams with care. His gentle explanations of what he was doing as well as the results of the tests were professional and easy to understand. The clinic setting in CostCo was safe, very clean, spacious and efficient. Dr. Jansen's administrative assistant was professional in her approach to getting forms filled out and reassuring about the amount of time the exams would take without making promises which I really appreciate. They were able to handle what I needed without any pressure. I highly recommend Dr. Jansen! High quality care and reasonable cost.
