Michelle was absolutely fantastic. She was very clear about the process and what would be possible with bleaching part of my hair. She also made sure to give me detailed info on how to take care of my hair. My hair was silky and wonderful and I LOVE it. She and Glenda were funny, attentive, and stayed late getting my hair done. I went here immediately after the quarantine lifted because I was a mess. They were extremely friendly and professional, carefully following all the guidelines. The cut I got was simple; I didn't go in for any color or want any real changes. I really just need to be cleaned up. The results were very precise. She raised my curls back up and thinned out my mass of hair so it's easier in the heat, and reshaped all the layers without removing length. She was extremely fast also. I don't think I've ever had anyone do that much clean up in only 20 minutes before. I will be back when all the lockdown phases are over.
