I’ve been a patient since 2016 for my primary care and mental health. It’s a busy clinic, and while it can sometimes be a little while before my next appointment, I’ve never had any issue reaching my providers for care through the patient portal if something was truly urgent.If you’re a new patient looking to establish care and the next available appointment is a ways off, trust me, it’s worth it.Also, I’ve had friends who couldn’t afford care for whatever reason, and they’ve never been turned away.CrescentCare’s approach to care has truly been a lifesaver for me.

I have been a patient here for 7 years. Dr. Danis Walker is the absolute best doctor. She makes me feel heard and safe, is extremely knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond. Dr. Montegudo is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever had. She is an expert and is extremely caring. Our appointments are thorough and I never feel rushed or uncared for. I recently made an appointment for assistance in signing up for Medicaid because I had been denied when applying on my own. The process was so easy and quick. Everyone one who works at Crescent Care is professional, kind, and intelligent. Thank you Crescent Care for all that you do for the people of New Orleans!

Edit: Right after I left my original review, a kind gentleman from the customer relations team cared enough to seek me out and speak to me in person; he said they would be working with their front desk team to improve their hospitality skills and etiquette.My doctor here, Doctor Christopher, is the only doc I've had since 1984 who made sure I got a blood pressure machine for checking my blood pressure at home. The nurses and people in the lab are always pleasant, too. I don't always agree with all of their practices here, such as promoting the covid-19 shot that even the CDC admits causes myocarditis and blood clots... yet they respect your decision not to take the shot...read full review
