I have been a patient at Crescent Care since 2018. I am so happy with the quality of care I receive here. I am so impressed with my doctor, the lab technicians, the front desk staff, the nurses and medical assistants, all the way to the security guards. Everyone is professional, caring, open-minded, and skilled.

front counter reception is rude and condescending
when i set my appointment i was not notified of parking in the back so it took me an extra 10 minutes to find a spot on the road to park and this is the first time to see dr in the new location the old location was obvious about parking as it was in a corner lot but this new location is mid busy block across from the va where paekin is always a hassle
if i didnt love my gp this review would have been a 1 star review as your customers first impression of your business is always the front desk
I had an amazing experience with the lady at the front desk, whose name I can’t remember but she had curly hair and freckles. She assisted me with figuring out my insurance with a smile on her face and patience! Dr.Siren was SO amazing, she went above and beyond assuring me and had a beautiful spirit. The lady who took my vitals before the doctor came in was my favorite! She laughed with me and it really all felt so casual. The front desk lady helped me set up my payments and got it done to $15 for my whole visit.
Couldn’t have asked for better! Don’t listen to the rude comments, ask for Dr. Siren! Her team is AMAZING & did everything for me.
