Crescent City Veterinary Hospital is a highly regarded business that provides excellent care for pets. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they have continued to offer all regular services while implementing safety measures such as a closed lobby and drop-off appointments. The staff is praised for their exceptional treatment of animals, making pet owners feel at ease when they are away. The hospital goes above and beyond in providing updates through pictures and videos of boarded pets, and even spoils them with playgroups and affection. They have a special connection with all pets, even those that may be more energetic, and their kindness and understanding are truly appreciated by pet owners.
The reviews highlight the exceptional care provided by Dr. Henry, who is described as kind, thorough, and patient. Customers are impressed with the fair pricing and would highly recommend the services of Crescent City Veterinary Hospital. The front desk staff, particularly Bri, is also praised for their attentive and organized customer service, providing emotional support during scheduling mix-ups.
I’m new in town and Crescent City came highly recommended. When I called they got me in right away and the treatment my dog received was thorough while still respectful of her anxiety. When my dog typically goes to the vet she is nervous, but the staff were so gentle and supportive and that went a long way towards making her more comfortable. I’ve never seen her so calm at the vet and I really appreciate the staff for creating an environment where that was possible.
We really love the staff at Crescent City Vet! Everyone was so energetic, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Dr. Marisa was extremely kind and super helpful. We're looking forward to building a lasting relationship with the practice.
The best vet we have ever taken our cats to! Everyone is knowledgeable and has a great demeanor with the animals. My very large male cat really hates the vet, and they do a great job handling him. Dr. Ducoing always takes the time to answer all of our questions and is so friendly. Highly recommend taking your pets here!
