The Costco Vision Center provides a pleasant and efficient eyewear experience. The staff, particularly Eric, is highly knowledgeable, understanding, and patient, taking the time to address any questions or concerns. The glasses area is kept clean, and the staff ensures sanitization of all surfaces. Customers consistently recommend the Costco Optical department, praising the friendly and professional service.
I wouldn't wear my glasses consistently until I started going to Dr. Jansen. I always felt like my prescription was slightly off but he got it right and I've been seeing him now since 2017. Even though my prescription has changed and now I'm in progressives, it is ALWAYS on point. The service is fast and friendly. I can even go during my lunch break at work. Love them and I won't ever go to anyone else.
So, long story, but I used up my annual insurance-covered eye appointment on a prescription that turned out to be bogus. Since I now needed to pay out of pocket, a friend recommended Costco. I saw Dr. Nguyen, and I'm so glad I did. I have worn bifocal glasses since I was 2 years old, and she patiently worked with me until we found the right brand and prescription for me to move into multifocal contacts. It took more than a month and most doctors would have given up and slapped me back into wearing contacts+reading glasses, but Dr. Nguyen always had another thing we could try. Eric is amazing highly recommend to come visit I vision he’s really good at what he’s doing and he take patient in time to do his work. The glasses place area is very clean, and Eric would always sanitize every glass you touch. I can see that he is very knowledgeable able glass and Eric is understanding and patient asking question that he will answer. Don’t be afraid to go in there and ask Eric.
