Good selection, Good parking, Large items available, not just small or tiny portions of staples: rice, tissue, water, laundry soap. Like the cashiers and stock peeps. Helpful and honest!
I often go out of my way to shop at the Circle Store, because it's important to me to support it. It has a hard time staying in business & is on its 2nd set of owners in the past about 5 years, after standing empty for many. I love the building & its history. I like that it supplies a struggling neighborhood with a fairly wide range of groceries, while employing some locals too. It doesn't have everything I need. It's not a Whole Foods. But it has the basics along w a reasonable produce section, assortment of oat/soy/almond milk & good meat department. Give them a try & let's see if we can keep this neighborhood icon in business
