Honestly the best dentist office I've been to. I'm not from New Orleans and every single person who works here is so sweet and caring and I couldn't have had a better experience. It's so easy to book appointments and they have amazing communication! 10/10.

I was put on wait list for cancellation and was called up a couple of weeks later. Fantastic hygienist Regina spent a good 45 minutes on my teeth and was so friendly and calming. Dr. Chaney super nice too. I don't have dental insurance but prices reasonable. Highly recommend this practice!

I first saw Dr. Nick Chaney (Mark's son) about 7 months ago for tooth deep cleaning. He's done a good job. Then when my temps fell off a couple times, I came back for it to be put back in by both Dr. Nick and Dr. Mark. It never fell off again after that. Just this month, I came to Dr. Mark Chaney so he could help put in the permanent crowns which were done by another dentist in California. He was great in placing the permanent crowns to see how they fit and so on. After putting them in, he evaluated it and assessed that the crowns did not fit properly (the front crowns hit the bottom teeth before the back teeth do) besides the aesthetics that they look like wood panel with lines etched in instead of looking close to real teeth. So, he is willing to talk to the lab in California to have them make another set of permanent crown and send it to his office. The fact that he's willing to go out of his way to help me in this aspect is wonderful and greatly appreciated. Both Dr. Mark Chaney and Dr. Nick Chaney, and the office staff are greatly professional, very helpful, and make going to a dentist a wonderful experience that I have not felt in years.
