Ms. Dwana has been taking care of my locs since the beginning in 2019. She is professional and efficient, with a welcoming personality that makes you love her instantly. I can't imagine anyone else being on this loc journey with me. I'm so thankful for her!
I booked Dwana for loc maintenance, wash and retie after not going to any salons in about a year and a half and I was very pleased with my experience. Her shop is clean and private and she works quickly and efficiently! I had concern about thinning locs and she whipped those right into shape and reattached several locs for me for $150 - which I think is super affordable especially now. She was also kind enough to return my phone charger to me after I left it at her shop so her customer service is definitely a 10/10 in my book.
Personable. efficient and quick, considering it takes three times as long to get loc maintenance in New Jersey. Dwana does EXCELLENT work and is a genuine lovely knowledeable person.
