Dr. Halvorson and her staff are helpful, kind, and very skilled! I brought in my new cat unsure of how he would behave, and they did an excellent job handling him. I am new to pet ownership, and they answered all my questions and gave me lots of advice. Thank you for going above and beyond Dr. Halvorson!

I have been to multiple Banfield hospitals in different states, and this is by far been the best one!!! I recommend this to everyone with pets. They were so invested in my cat’s health when he got sick and were excellent at communicating all of his needs. Banfield truly went above and beyond!!! I am grateful to have found my veterinary home in New Orleans!

I have been bringing my Ruby Roux here since they opened and I was transferred from the Elmwood location. I must say that I have always had top notch experiences since coming to this Magazine location. The staff are all so kind and responsive, and they genuinely care for Ruby's well-being. I once called in just before they closed with an emergency, and I made it in just before they closed, but everyone stayed a little extra to take care of the scare I had. I love this place, and am so glad they have a location so close to home now. Amazing staff!
