There really aren’t enough words to describe the exceptional care and service we received. While visiting for the weekend, our fur baby, Tyson, became sick resulting in his need for immediate evaluation and treatment. From our initial phone call to confirm our ability to bring him in, Mrs. Dee was so very patient and kind, which meant a lot to my parents and I given our concerns for Tyson’s well-being. The front desk staff are always professional and nice. We get calls from the vet if we drop off our dogs. We're always kept informed about what's going on with each of our dogs.
My dog has been coming here ever since moving back to Nola and I love the staff! They are all so great with my reactive pup. Dr. Belair is the sweetest and always makes sure my dog gets exceptional care. Today he was cared for by Shannon, Raye and Miki as well, all are so amazing at what they do. I highly recommend Banfield and this one in particular if you are in the New Orleans area!!
