This is a wonderful park for walking running or riding a bike Etc. The paved track is a little less than 2 mi around. Beautiful scenery, statues, wildlife Etc. Park near the golf course entrance and you will be right close to the path. Safe and well-traveled. Restrooms and water fountains are located along the path at building number 10 and at the north end of the park.
A great park that’s located in between the Mississippi River and St. Charles Ave! It has plenty of spacious areas to enjoy and also includes a walking path that covers the whole park.Attached is a surprise proposal and engagement photo session that I captured in 2023!Playground: I know of two playgrounds. Both are on the St. Charles Ave side of the park.Restrooms: The park has multiple restroom areas throughout the park.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed while staying on a leash.Picnic area: They have plenty of open fields, benches, and covered areas for picnics.
Large free parking lot, clean restroom facilities. Nice paved loop trail with clearly demarcated bike lane and walking path. Along some of the areas, there was also a small dirt path. There are a series of exercise equipment stations that was kind of interesting! The pond in the middle of the park had lots of bird life; especially interesting was a whistling duck.
