My mom is on oxygen and y’all have been THE BEST help! I don’t live near her, but when I was in town a year ago, someone came out to help me understand how all of her equipment worked. And for that I am SO grateful! Then today, she is scheduled to get her second covid shot and her Inogen wasn’t working. Y’all came out to save the day! She needed a new machine. Thank you for being so prompt and so helpful! It means more to our family than you know!!
I had a sleep study done and needed a CPAP, i was referred to Apria for my unit. I called and set up my appt but i was in an auto accident so i wasn't able to make it. After i called and told them what happened they said they would come to me no matter where to give my unit and to collect the money. After i got home from hospital i had issues walking so i ask them to come to my home, after getting the run around they decided i had to go to them and after a week or so getting my account right i finally was able to go there. I was annoyed up until i sat down with the lady. She was very nice and very helpful, i was no longer mad and actually glad i went to see all the different mask they had. It took about an hour to go threw the paper work and explain how to use my unit, and i left happy. So after all the BS i would recommend them
