The only bad thing about this place is the wait! Every time I’ve been, I’ve been seen by Doctor Ashley & she always takes me seriously. Every concern I had would always be eased. She’s quick, efficient & makes patient care her #1 priority. The staff is also great!
I was on vacation and developed a skin infection on my arm that could not wait for my return home for treatment. The staff was friendly and efficient. The problem was diagnosed quickly. Tiffany, the provider, was thorough and compassionate and called in the prescription immediately. I was at the urgent care center for 45 minutes including time to complete the required paperwork. The experience was A+ rated!
Everyone was courteous and helpful! There were many of us, but visit was handled as timely as possible. Received care I needed. Place was clean and maintained, staff offered drinks to aid during wait, friendly and courteous, caring for patients. Tried other urgent care facilities,this one located on Admiral Doyle is the best by far! Thank you to all staff and management for doing it RIGHT!
