Jennifer is a pleasure to work with. She did an outstanding job lining up the resources needed. She was very patient when we had personal issues that we had to deal with and went the extra mile to work with us. Andrew Hyman took the lead on our job, was knowledgeable and came well prepared to correct the issues with our plumbing. He let us know in detail what needed to be done to correct the problems and what the estimated cost would be. The water system underwent a complete replacement. All galvanized pipes were removed and replaced with PVC. The removal of these outdated pipes significantly improved the overall system. Zachary and Reed executed this project with exceptional skill and efficiency.
Our water heater was 30 years old and started leaking so we called for an estimate. They were able to send a technician out immediately to assess the situation and provide an estimate (competitive, reasonable quote). Ended up having to replace a few things around the heater as well to make sure new system was updated. Quote was all inclusive. They removed the old system, put new one in and did some minor electrical things as well. All within a few hours from initially calling to gather info.
