Counselor was great with my wife, but administration in office could use some classes on being professional when calling clients. Do to that we are finding someone else.

I like the Therapist we landed on. It was a horrible process getting to this point. My child is autistic and adhd. There was a man that called me out of the blue telling me he was going to stop by my house that afternoon. I didn't like that at all. He was rude and unprofessional. I read a review someone made from the company last year and they said how difficult the parents can be.. ummm let me say this, good parents are not going to back down on what there child needs. Not listening to the parents, especially ones that have children with special needs, doesn't do anything but cause problems. When I was going through a very depressed, stressful, and very hurtful time of my life. After going through so much to try to get my son to come home to me and did what I was told to do and still couldn’t get any help. Bam !!!! All at once lost my grandmother, and gained custody of my son.! Now after finding out what was really going on with my son, I felt he needed counseling.
