Went to go just check the place out well before they were closed, open signs were all on. But the people looked at me inside but wouldn't come to the door u til I knocked again an thats when a gentleman came up an pointed the appt paper. All I wanted to do was say hi and check the vibe. It sucks

Absolutely zero customer service... From the consult all the way through to which Max ended up blocking me on FB for asking a very simple question. He wouldn't let my husband come in for my consult. During the consult he did a quick chicken scratch I don't see how you couldn't steal any ideas anyway. I tried to show him what I wanted he didn't listen and wouldn't look at any photos. I get not wanting to be influenced. I've seen his work, he does a great job however you have to get past the weird vibes and attitudes to get the end result... I left every conversation very confused... so this is all probably for the best.

I sent a text message asking for an appointment, their web page says they answered messages in a couple of days. Here we are on week two, no reply.SO, in speaking with the folks at Nakatosh Tatoo Co, after reading their reply, they never got my text so, you can't reply to a text that you don't get. Electronics, can't live with them, can't live without them. I thank them for their grace and I apologize for squawking before I knew the whole story.I'm back in NC now so, will definitely look to these folks the next time I plan to be home and want ink.
