I had a great experience with CIS. Every person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. I was a little nervous as I was there to check on my heart but every professional put me at ease and reassured me that they were there to help. It’s a great organization.

Great cardiologist! Knowledgeable, professional, compassionate! I ❤️CIS in Morgan City. Even though I have moved away, I continue to see Dr. Solet for my cardiac care. The staff is phenomenal also, as many have been with him for years.

Everyone is very helpful I called the 24 hour nurse and they were very concerned about my problem I was having. If they said we will call you back they will do it. Dr. Solet is a patient doctor.

Dr. Darrell J. Solet attended Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and a Bachelor of Arts in English literature. He also studied at the Southern Illinois University of Carbondale, where he participated in the Medical/Dental Education Preparatory Program. He received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. Dr. Solet completed his internal medicine residency at Indiana University School of Medicine, where he received the A. Ebner Blatt Memorial Award and also served as chief medical resident. He completed his cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Solet serves as the director of the CIS telemedicine program.
