Mr. Calvin Blunt and his crew have been very professional during this whole incident. They have been very vocal communicating to us about everything that’s being done, or has to be done. Just picking up the phone just to check on us or answer any questions. Keisha is also very professional and nice. They are both very knowledgeable about their job, they have made the whole process a breeze. SERVPRO® of Monroe/West Monroe, owned by Donald & Corbin Legg, has been serving Monroe, West Monroe, and Bawcomville since 1996. We are proud members of the Disaster Recovery Team® and have the ability to mobilize on short notice with experienced manpower and specialized equipment to respond nationwide to large disasters. Our team consists of 75 full-time employees who are certified in ASD, ECTP, FSRT, OSHA, and WRT. We work with insurance companies to help manage the insurance process and paperwork, and we accept credit cards for your convenience. Additionally, we are affiliated with the Louisiana Claims Association and hold a GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract.
