5 weeks ago my husband and I woke up at 6am to our entire home flooded from the washing machine water line. We got in touch with Servpro within a hour and within 3 hours Servpro was pulling up in several vehicles and ready to do their magic. Within a hour of them arriving they started taking pictures of the damage, moving furniture, tearing baseboards off, drilling holes in sheet rock, cutting walls, pulling floors and setting up fans and humidifiers. This review is for returning items that had been in storage due to a fire. The crew which consisted of Calvin, Danny Jason, Damion R., and Kim were first and foremost professional and very polite. All items were brought into my home and placed where I requested. When there was an issue, they were apologetic and had a resolution before they left. They were careful in handling all my belongings. It was a pleasure working with this team!
