I have no complaints at all about my recent surgery and overnight stay. I was taken very good care of.

Went there at 2am, and it took no time to get checked in and to the back. My problem is that the Dr on duty was lazy, nonchalant, and not thorough in diagnosing my illness. I read the notes on my chart, and half the stuff he said he did not do. No bloodwork, no covid test, no flu test. He even treated me for a symptom I never said I had. Im still sick and just going to go see my pcp. I will not be going back there when that Dr is on duty. He is very horrible, nonchalant, and lazy.

I've always been treated with care. My Drs , Nurses and aides always tend to my care. Thankyou Ochsners for almost 6 years of keeping me alive..

My mother and I have been waiting for 2 and half hours now. In a WAITING ROOM we waited for 2 hours. Her appointment was at 9:00 and it is now 12. I don’t recommend these people. 5th floor is horrible service. We were told there were only 4 dr’s yet there were 7 people at a time coming in and out. Which meant they had plenty of doctors and plenty of excuses.

My overall stay was very good, and the nurses showed great care. However, your CNA, Hattie Baker, was extremely lazy and unhelpful. Hattie didn’t care for the patients and seemed to be there just for a paycheck. Whenever I called for help, Ms. Hattie wouldn’t come; the nurses did all the work. Ochsner has a great staff of nurses and doctors, but Ms. Hattie makes Ochsner look bad and feels as if nothing will be done about any complaints against her.
On the other hand, your nurses Ms. Bri, Ms. Dawn, and Anyia provided me with excellent care. Please let them know how grateful I am for their dedication. Ms. Mary, the night CNA, was also a great person, and the PT lady, Ms. Maria, was the best. I want to thank all of them for taking great care of me.
However, more training is needed for Hattie Baker. She is the worst CNA I have ever encountered, and I hope to never see her again. Please address her behavior and actions. Thank you, LSU, for the great care.

Oschner LSU Health Monroe and Shreveport take excellent care of me!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is super friendly, kind and helpful. My doctors listen and work with me on my healthcare journey. Best medical system in Louisiana!!
