“This is my second set with Pearl Nails. Both acrylic sets I’ve gotten have been beautiful! I had a younger guy the first time who did a great job on my nails where I got so many compliments! I got my second set done two nights ago by an absolutely sweet older woman(bad with new names lol). I came in last minute after work about 7 for a fill in and they got me started within moments. She did a beautiful job! She helped me pick out a color and I told her I just wanted a cute fall pumpkin and she came up with this little design. I love them! I had to go back last night and get the darker color fixed on my right hand. They didn’t cure right which is no one’s fault. When I called they told me they would absolutely fix it free of charge and apologized multiple times. When I came in she said she had been nervous all day waiting for me to get off work. I told her there was no reason to be nervous as things happen. She redid them and even put another clear coat on my other hand so they would all be fresh and pretty. I have gotten so many compliments already and the nails withstand all the torment from my job in law enforcement which is a true statement to their quality as I have very soft natural nails. Everyone there is SO sweet and professional. They make sure you’re comfortable and even offer you a drink. They are always cleaning and sanitizing the stations during breaks in services which is very refreshing to see. Some reviews show poor services but I’ve never had a bad experience. Even my husband comes to get a pedicure with Ms. Ann every so often. I will definitely continue coming back! I never took a picture of my first set but they were also a fall design and lasted about a month albeit so grown out as I never had time to come back.“
