In response to the lady who walked in last min and expected service, go to the mall... if someone doesn't have time, they simply don't have time! That's not them being rude, you ma'am are the rude one for this review. It's a small salon and they can only fit so many appointments in a day. If you want service, call ahead and make an appointment and in the chance you can be seen as a walk in, feel very grateful. I love Susan's~“

“The site says you close at 7 and I came in at 6 to be greeted with we are closed. Please correct the time of operation on the site so people won't get aggravated when expecting to be able to still have time for a pedi or mani.“
