The Service Manager Mr. David went above and beyond the call of duty. From arrival to completion he kept me informed even thou he ran the front office, parts department and assisting the two new mechanics. He's very through which he showed by connecting my truck to make certain there were no other issues that may also needed attention. Thank you so much for your diligence and attentiveness Mr. David! Had to give these guys 5 stars my alternator adjustment bolt snapped on me, my belt was squealing like crazy, Empire had the part, I'd you work on anything these days it's a 50/50 shot it's in stock, And I was able to change it out right in the parking lot in 20 minutes.. Thank you Empire
