Americare is a great place to work.The management team and staff are very supportive.Management genuinely cares about each employee’s growth and development so that each employee excels in their roles for the company.Hard work by employees is recognized and rewarded! I personally have received recognition and rewards for my performance and roles for this company. There is an open door policy with management here at Americare and they are very understanding when employees need to adjust his or her schedule for unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or just issues outside of work that need to be taken care of.
