My son has been receiving services since 2012 and I have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend Americare to anyone who might be looking to start home care services. We haven't had any real problems, and what minor issues we may have had over the years was promptly handled. The staff at Americare have been so amazing. Whether you have a big problem that needs to be taken care of or just need to talk to someone who understands, they are always there. Ms Laura Talley took me and my brother in when we were kids and showed us all of the americare buildings she had around Covington new Orleans and Bogalusa since she did own the Agency she had no trouble taking us with her when she did her routes. It truly was a great company with a very welcoming team. She I passed away a couple years ago and left the company to her only son Richard I do know if he kept the business or sold it.
