My wife and I both needed new glasses, so we went to Warby Parker at Lakeside Shopping Center to shop for new frames. Our Optician, Stephanie, was outstanding! She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, what we do for work, and to help us find the best frames to fit our lifestyle. She was welcoming, thorough, professional, and fun to work with. Stephanie truly made shopping for new glasses an enjoyable experience!
You get more than you expect if you commit to this brand. I love Warby Parker. The Lakeside store has some great employees, particularly Melissa and the adorable super-pro guy who adjusted the glasses I fell asleep wearing and bent so badly they can't be fixed without risking destruction. (Yeah, I forgot his name.) He was so careful, so honest, didn't hint at judging me, and in the end I left with my glasses fixed, and swapped out the lenses to a pair that will probably serve me better. Went to Warby for the first time looking for new glasses since I broken my current ones and had to wear a old one. Was greeted right away and helped. Lots of great frames to choose from. The woman that helped me was very nice and informative with my purchase. Definitely will be back to bring my daughter to get a pair! Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service
