I recommend this Vet for so many reasons, but let’s start with the mere fact when you walk in you are greeted by Courtney with clear precise instructions and smiles even when overwhelmed. Then when you visit with Nurse KeKe who makes you feel seen and takes her time with you and your puppy. She never rushed us and made sure all questions were answered before letting you move on. Now to top this off was Dr Lillard. This lady was the epitome of class and personality. So I see why the staff are the way they are. The expectation is set from the top. I am thankful for this store.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and was willing to work within my budget. I brought in an injured stray cat and we were able to get her taken care of. Courtney was expecially helpful.

Doomed my cat to death. Was 3 minutes late to an appointment and wouldn't see my cat. There was traffic and they booked us at the wrong store. I hope something really nice happens to you all.
